Editorial illustrations for HS Teema about Finnish inventions. These illustrations play with some symbols of Finland and Finnishness. Swan is the national bird of Finland and it's commonly used as a symbol of the nation. The topless guy is based on the painting "Kullervo's Curse" by Akseli Gallen-Kallela. Kullervo is an anti-hero of sorts from the Finnish national epic, Kalevala.
